Interpreting Service Procedure
Step 1
Please send us your inquiry along with the documents (references & glossaries, if any) by filling in this form or send us an email at asjtranslation@gmail.com
Step 2
We will send you our quotation by email after examining your request.
Step 3
Following your confirmation and down payment, we will provide the interpreting services on the agreed time, date, and place.
Step 4
One business day after completion of the interpreting services, we will send you our invoice.
FAQ
We charge our interpreting services per hour. We provide interpreting services minimum four hours up to our standard eight hours per day. We will charge overtime if you require interpreting services more than eight hours per day.
No, you do not need to provide them if the venue is located in Jakarta. However, if the venue is located outside Jakarta, you are required to provide transportation, meal, and accommodation.
For non-sworn interpreting services, we can provide a non-sworn interpreter while for sworn interpreting services, we provide a sworn interpreter.
A sworn interpreter is usually required for formal and legal purposes such as police interviews, judicial or arbitration proceedings, etc. While a non-sworn interpreter is commonly employed for general purposes such as meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.
